Old School: White bottoms are only for summer.
New Rule: You can wear white year-round, and you definitely don't have to wait until Memorial Day. The important thing is to choose the proper fabrics and silhouettes. Go for textured materials and structured shapes, and avoid summery details like gauzy fabric or straps.
