Bob Harper is recognized for whipping people into shape as the fitness trainer on the long-running NBC weight-loss competition show The Biggest Loser. Naturally, as someone who is famous for his health, Bob says people are constantly asking him how to get in shape.

Bob says the number one question he gets asked is about the whether fitness or exercise is more important. He used to say you need to strike a balance between the two. Today, he feels healthy eating is much more important.

Truthfully, he says, "It is all about your nutrition. It is 80 percent nutrition. It is 20 percent fitness."
