Inferno Martini Recipe

Eddie likes to make this drink extra-spicy by infusing vodka with roasted habanero peppers instead of jalapeños (just substitute 2 habaneros for the 3 jalapeños in the infusion recipe).
Makes 2 drinks
Ingredients
- Granulated sugar, for rimming glasses
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ¼ cup roasted-jalapeño-infused vodka
- ½ cup fresh passion fruit puree, strained, or guava juice
Directions
Total time: 20 minutes (plus 1 to 3 days for infusing vodka)Wet rims of 2 chilled martini glasses and roll in sugar to coat.
In a cocktail shaker, combine agave, vodka and passion fruit puree. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into glasses and serve.
